Conference Venue

JRC 2027 will be held at the University of Connecticut, Storrs campus.

The University of Connecticut is a flagship public research university and home to a highly-regarded Department of Statistics. The Storrs campus is located in northeastern Connecticut, approximately:

  • 45 miles from Hartford, CT (Bradley International Airport — BDL)
  • 90 miles from Boston, MA
  • 100 miles from New York City, NY

UConn Tech Park

JRC 2027 will include tours of the UConn Tech Park, a state-of-the-art research and innovation facility featuring:

  • Advanced imaging and materials characterization labs

Getting to UConn Storrs

By air:

  • Bradley International Airport (BDL) — Hartford/Springfield, CT (~45 min drive)
  • T.F. Green Airport (PVD) — Providence, RI (~1 hr drive)
  • Logan International Airport (BOS) — Boston, MA (~1.5 hr drive)

By car: UConn Storrs is accessible from I-84 via Route 195 or Route 44.

By bus: Peter Pan Bus Lines and CT Transit provide service to Storrs from Hartford, and connecting service from other major cities.

Visitor parking is available on the UConn Storrs campus. Details on parking permits and locations for conference attendees will be posted closer to the event.
